The first method of paper manufacturing was based on cooking cotton rags and later drawing fibres from the brew. Fibres linked with each other during drying on the sun, creating the paper sheet.


Block bags

Block bags - used to pack loose goods, such as:

  • sugar
  • flower
  • barley
  • rice
  • bread crumbs
  • herbs, pharmaceuticals
  • tea
  • coffee

The package is used for automated packaging and can be also used for manual packaging, e.g. of bread crumbs. The structure of the bag is characterized by huge stability after it is unfolded (it does not tip over).

It can be made of white or brown paper of a basis weight between 70g/m2 and 90g/m2 with a flexographic overprint containing up to 3 colors.

The bags are made in two basic widths:

  • 100/70
  • 90/65

The length of the bag 210, 230, 250, 270, 280 [mm].

Ordering conditions:

  • Orders with individual overprint are fulfilled from 20 pieces.
  • The bags are packed collectively, 1350 pieces, which amounts to 10KG.
  • The price is for one package.
